Lee Raspberry

Founding Director

A 14 year Army Infantry veteran, Lee is familiar with the life altering injuries that our Wounded Warfighters began returning home with during OIF.

Seeing a need and having the resources to host hunting trips, Lee began Texas Hero Hunts in 2006. Since then, the organization has hosted more than 35 trips, at no cost to the Heroes.

Jimmie's experience with managing all aspects of the hunting operation, is what truly make for a memorable and successful experience for our Heroes. His dedication to our hunters, along with his background, prove invaluable when it comes to making sure THH delivers a first-class experience.

From ensuring our hunters are offered quality animals, to preparing some of the best deer camp meals you will ever have, Jimmie's contribution to the organization is always a memorable one.
